Baking and cooking is my favorite thing to do.
I try new things and then add to my website. I am from Newfoundland so some of my recipes may be a little different .
Well I was wondering what new I could do a little different for dinner .I looked in my fridge for something new I could try on pork chops .I took out strawberry jam , dijon mustard , ketchup and some worcestershire sauce.So I mixed up 1/2 cup strawberry jam , 2 tbsp mustard ,1/2 cup ketchup and a 1tsp of worcestershire and 1 cup of water . I mixed it all together and poured it over the pork chops baked for 1 hour and they were delicious.
Experiment when cooking and baking is easy and so relaxing .Have fun with it and enjoy .
