Chocolate Cake:

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup miracle whip
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Sift in flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder then add all rest of ingredients .Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until cooked.Cake will be very moist .
Filling :
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light cream
3 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 bakers unsweetened squares melted and cooled.
Spread between layers let it chill.
Glaze:
4 unsweetened chocolate squares
3 tbsp butter
Melt and let cool.Drizzle over the top of cake.Let set for 20 mins then serve .
Red Velvet Cake With Cream Cheese Icing

Angel Food Cake :

1 cup sifted flour
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
8 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
Sift flour and half of the sugar together a couple of times .Beat eggs and salt until light and fluffy , add cream of tartar until stiff peeks form .Fold in rest of sugar to form a meringue.Add flour mixture to the meringue mixture slowly then add vanilla.Make sure only to gently fold in.Bake at 325 for 1 hour in a tube pan .Invert pan upside down until cooled

Swirl Chocolate pound cake :

1 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
Cream butter and sugar , add eggs , flour , milk and vanilla keep 1 cup of mixture to add cocoa too. Pour into tube pan .Use 1 cup of mixture and add cocoa powder mix well.Drizzle on top of cake mixture and swirl it around .
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes .
Gum Drop Cake :

1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup gum drops
3 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking Soda
1 cup milk
Cream butter and sugar until smooth blend in flour , baking powder , eggs , milk and vanilla mix well .Stir in gum drops .Bake at 350 for 45 mins in a tube pan .
FRUIT PIZZA

Crust :
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup icing sugar
8 oz cream cheese
mix well and spread onto a pizza pan bake 8 mins
Middle:
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter
1 cup icing sugar
in a bowl mix :Butter , cream cheese, vanilla icing sugar
cream cheese,vanilla and sugar . Whip and spread over top of crust .
Topping
sliced pineapple , strawberries , bananas ,kiwi any kid of fruit you like.Place on top of the middle layer .
Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
In a sauce pan simmer glaze until clear
Pour over top of pizza let set in fridge .
Sheet Cake :
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking Soda
1 cup butter
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup water
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
In a saucepan bring to a boil butter , water and cocoa let cool .Stir in eggs, baking soda , vanilla and milk with the vinegar added .In a bowl sift flour , sugar and salt.Mix flour mixture and cocoa powder together,then add egg mixture.Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 30 mins .
Chocolate Roll :

4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1\ 2 half cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp Icing sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup flour
Beat egg whites until stiff adding sugar gradually.In another bowl add beaten egg yolks and water sift in cocoa, flour and baking powder fold into first egg mixture .Place on a cookie sheet line with parchment paper.Bake at 400 for 20 mins turn onto a damp towel and roll it up, Let cool .
Middle layer:
Beat cream until stiff add vanilla and sugar .Spread on top of cooled cake.Roll , Sprinkle with powdered sugar .
Devils Food cake :

3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking Soda
3 10 ounce baking squares or 2 cups melted chocolate chips
Add butter sift all dry ingredients next add 1/2 cup milk , mix until flour until moist . Beat add rest of milk , add eggs and melted chocolate . Bake at 350 for 35 mins in 2 pans .
Brownies:

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup walnuts
2 semi sweet chocolate squares
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave 45 seconds add sugar , flour, eggs mix well add vanilla and salt.Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 mins in a square baking dish .
Coffee Cake:

3 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup shortening
2 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
In a mixing bowl mix flour ,sugar and cinnamon next cut in shortening .I mix together with my hands to rub it in so it mixes well. Remove 1 cup of the mixture to save for the top .Add all remaining ingredients to the mixture. Pour into 2 greased cake pans or into a square dish , sprinkle the 1 cup of saved mixture on top.Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Brown Sugar Pound Cake:
1 cup butter
2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Wisk eggs in a bowl set aside.Cream butter, vanilla and sugar until fluffy, Add eggs , flour and baking powder .Pour into a loaf pan .Bake at 350 for 1 hour .
Carrot cake :

1 1/2 cups oil
1 can crushed pineapple
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups coconut
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup walnuts
2 tsp vanilla
3 beaten eggs
Mix oil and sugar . Add eggs beat well .mix all ingredients together .Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
Strawberry Shortcake :

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
3 cups strawberries
1 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
mix sugar , flour ,butter, milk, egg , baking powder and lemon zest.Put mixture evenly into 2 round pans .Bake at 400 for 15 mins or until golden brown .Slightly mash strawberries .Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks for fold in strawberries.Spread onto middle layer and on top of the cake .Ready to serve.
Jello Cake :
1 cake mix any kind baked in 2 cake pans
2 pkgs jello
2 cups hot water
1 pkg of dream whip or your favorite icicng
When cake has cooled place cake back into cake pans set aside , mix the jello with the hot water , when completely dissolved pour over the top of both cakes , let sit for about 2 to 3 hours in the fridge .You might need to lay the cake pans in some warm water to loosen from the cake from the pans Add your favorite icing between the layers and on top serve .
This recipe can also be substituted with instant pudding as well , for the pudding cake you will need to poke holes in the cake , with a wooden spoon so the pudding can seep into the cake .
Dark Fruit Cake:

4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark molasses
1/2 cup cream (can)
4 eggs
1 tsp ginger , 1 tsp allspice , 1 tsp cinnamon , 1 tsp cloves
2 tsp baking powder , 1 tsp baking soda
2 cups raisins , 1 cup currants , 1 cup dates ,1 cup mixed fruit
1 cup cherries , 1 cup pecans
Cream butter , eggs and sugar well then stir in baking soda and baking powder . Next stir in molasses , cream and grape juice . Mix in flour then mix in all fruit and pecans stir well . Bake at 300 for 3 or 4 hours .
Molasses Cake :

1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 cup butter or shortening
3 large eggs
2/3 cup molasses ( light or dark )
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
Mix well shortening , eggs , salt and sugar together , then add baking soda and molasses .Slowing sift in flour cinnamon and cloves , adding in milk slowly . When all mixed add a little flour to the raisins ( so they do not sink to the bottom ) mix into batter lightly .Pour into a greased loaf pan or tube pan bake at 350 for 45 to 50 mins .
Plain White Cake :
3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Bake at 350 for 20 mins .If you want a strawberry flavoured cake and don’t have strawberries just add I package of strawberry jello , and lessen the sugar by 1/2 cup . Taste yummy .
Add flavors if you do not wan’t white cake , I add chocolate , strawberries , oranges anything that you like .When adding berries or fruit just reduce the amount of milk so the cake will not be too wet

1 Angel food cake
4 eggs whites
Ice cream any flavor
1 tbsp sugar
Take angel food cake place it on baking tray , in a large bowl mix egg whites with sugar until light and fluffy , set aside , scoop ice cream in the center of the cake when full pour meringue over the top of the cake . Bake at 400 until meringue is golden brown . Serve hot or place in freezer until ready to eat enjoy .

Toberlone Cheese Cake :
1 1/2 cups Oreos
1/4 cup butter
baking crumbs [about 2 cups ]
1 tbsp melted butter
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 Toblerone bars about 2/3 cup
1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip topping
1 cup smooth peanut butter
Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of springform pan and set aside .
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until well-blended. Dice 1 Toblerone bar; stir into cream cheese mixture. Gently stir in cup of whipped topping, pour over the top of the crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Microwave remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and one bar on high. Stir until chocolate is melted and add mixture let Cool slightly and pour over cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
