Pork:

Stuffed Pork Chops with Brown Sugar Sauce:

1 package of pork chop boneless about 6 chops

1 package of stovestop stuffing or make your own

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp mustard

1/2 cup hot water

Prepare stuffing according to box directions slice pork chops so you can stuff them not all the way through.Next stuff pork chops I use toothpicks or chicken skewers. Mix the hot water mustard and brown sugar together , pour over the top of pork chops. Bake at 375 covered with aluminum foil for 20 mins then remove foil then bake for another 15 mins then ready to eat.

Pork Chops Dijonnaise:

1 package pork chops

salt & pepper to taste

2 cups of bread crumbs

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

3 tbsp dijon mustard

Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and dip pork chops in it then dip in bread crumbs add salt and pepper to taste.Bake at 375 for for about 20 mins turn over and 10 more mins .

Baked Pork Chops :

6 big Pork chops

6 lemon slices

2/3 cup chili sauce

1 cup water

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp cooking oil

1/2 cup flour

onion powder

Mix flour salt , pepper , onion powder

I add other spices I like as well.

Place 1 pork at a time into a plastic bag and shake over pork chop.Heat oil in a frying pan brown pork chops then place in a baking dish .Combine rest of ingredients pour mixture over top cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour Uncover for 30 mins .

Glazed ham :

1 large ham

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup maple syrup

1 cup honey

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp allspice

1 tsp cloves

1 tsp honey Dijon mustard

1 can sliced pineapple

8 to 12 maraschino cherries

In a bowl mix syrup,honey, nutmeg, allspice, sugar , cloves and mustard together  . Place slices of pineapple on top of ham secure with toothpicks and place one cherry in the middle of the pineapple slices .Pour glaze over top of ham .Cook for  1 1/2 hours .Keep basting ham with glaze while cooking .

Ham and Potato soup:

1 medium ham

6 medium potatoes

1 cup heavy cream

2 tsp parsley

2 cups cheddar cheese grated

Cut ham and potatoes into chunks

Place in a boiler enough water to cover them .Boil until potatoes are tender.Drain about 3/4 of the water off then add milk ,cheese and parsley.Place cover on put burner on medium heat until thickened .

Penne and Italian Sausage:

1 pkg sausage diced and cooked

1 chopped onion

1 tbs garlic

1tbsp Italian sausage

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 cups milk

1 can diced tomatoes

3 cups penne

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

In a sauce pan add sausage ,onion, garlic , Italian seasoning cook until onions are tender.Stir in cornstarch and milk stir until thickened.Add diced  tomatoes and penne .Cover and simmer for 15 mins .Stir in cheese and serve.

Pork roast stew :

Pork roast

Large pork roast

1 bag mini carrots

6 large potatoes diced

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 onion diced / onion soup mix 1 pkg

1 cup maple bbq sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

flour and water for make thickening

In a roaster place pork roast in with half of the bbq sauce , soy sauce and onion .Bake at 350 for 2 hours then add carrots and potatoes also the rest of the bbq sauce and the garlic .Remove toast and cut into chunks , Cook for another hour .

In a separate bowl mix 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup flour shake well .Pour in the roaster around the roast cook for another 10 mins or until thickened .

Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops :

2 tbsp honey

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 cup apple juice

2 tbsp oil

salt and pepper to tasste

1 tsp dill

1 tsp onion powder

1 pork loin

Combine juice , mustard and honey set aside .In a pan heat oil  salt , pepper , onion , dill and sear pork loin on all sides remove from heat.Put in a casserole dish pour half of the mixture over the pork loin .Bake for 1 hour add rest of the glaze over the top and bake for 1 more hour .

Barbecue Pork Chinese pork:

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp chinese rice wine

1/4 cup ketchup

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp 5 spice powder

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil (or regular cooking oil)

2 tbsp garlic powder or fresh diced

2 tbsp onion powder

1/4 diced green onion optional I use onion powder

2 tbsp ground ginger or fresh diced

3 pork chops

In a casserole dish mix in soy , ketchup , honey , wine , ginger, onion , sesame , 5 spice powder coat both sides of the pork chops and place in fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.Remove from fridge bake at 350 for about 20 mins remove from heat and turn over pork chops bake another 30 mins .

Crispy oven Pork Chops :

1 pkg pork chops about 5 chops

1 cup crushed corn flakes

1/4 mc whip

2 well beaten eggs

1/4 milk

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 tsp onion powder

In a bowl mix onion powder , crushed corn flakes , salt and pepper . In a separate bowl mix mc whip , eggs and milk together . Place pork chop in the egg mixture first coat well then coat pork chop in the cornflake mixture , continue until all pork chops coated . Bake at 400 for 7 mins on each side .

Pork Meat balls ;

1 to 2 pounds ground pork

1/4 cup apple sauce

1 egg

1 tbsp onion powder / or diced onion

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers

In a large bowl add ground pork , apple sauce , soy sauce , onion powder , bread crumbs and egg . Mix well then roll into small balls place in a . casserole dish , leave little space in between ball

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 mins . I cut one open to make sure it’s cooked fully .

You can add any sauce that you like

Roasted Pork Chops with Nutty and Sweet Stuffing

Ingredients:

6 medium size pork chops thick ones work the best

1/2 cup raisins

1 1/2 cups of stuffing ( stove top or homemade)

3/4 cup mixed chopped nuts ( of your choice pecans,almonds, walnuts etc)

1 Apple any kind peeled and diced

1/4 cup oil

1/2 tsp of garlic

I diced onion optional

Prepare the stuffing then add nuts ,raisins and apple mix well.

Cut a slice into the pork chops big enough to stuff the mixture in .

Stuff all the chops , in a separate dish mix the onions , garlic and oil together . Place chops into a casserole dish .Spread mixture over the top of the pork chops evenly and cover with tin foil .

Bake at 350 for 1 hour then remove the tin foil cook for an additional 30 minutes or until golden brown .
