Smoothies

I love smoothies I hope that you will love them too !!

Fruit smoothies:

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blackberries

1 large orange peeled and seeds removed

1/2 cup crushed ice

Put all into a blender , mix well enjoy .

Strawberry banana smoothie :

1 cup strawberries

1 large banana

1/2 cup low fat milk

A dash of vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy .

Fruit and vegetable smoothie:

1 cup spinach

1 cup yellow pepper ( any colour)

1 cup strawberries

1 green apple peeled and cored

1 tomato

1/2 cup crushed ice

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy .

Kale and Pineapple Smoothie:

1/2 cup pineapple

4 cups kale diced

1 kiwi

1 large orange peeled

2 tsp lime juice

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.

Blackberry and Citrus smoothie :

1 1/3 cup black berries

1 large orange peeled

1 large red apple

1 tsp lime juice

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.

Ginger fruit smoothie:

3/4 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 inch of ginger root peeled

1 1/2 cup grapes

1 tsp lemon juice

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.

Carrot and Kale smoothie:

1 orange peeled

2 cups kale diced

3 large carrots

1 tsp lime juice

Blend together and enjoy.
